Hi! My name is Kate, and I’m an energy practitioner. I am passionate about empowering women to trust themselves and develop their intuition while on their spiritual journey. I support others by combining energy work with compassion and a sense of humor.

I help spiritual folks like you develop your intuition and realize your power through energy work and self-love. I teach you to explore and harness your imagination so that you can use it to heal, expand, and create an authentic life of love and abundance.

We must never take ourselves too seriously. Life is best lived when we are LIGHT AT HEART.

What does a session CONSIST OF?

A session with me feels a lot like back and forth conversation with an old friend.  As we connect energies, I intuit messages from Spirit and the Divine. The more open, willing, and trusting you are with your energy, the better the results. I work in integrity with the light. My intentions for every session are for a compassionate exchange for the highest and best of all involved

These sessions and containers are meant for those who are feeling called to this journey and way of life and for those who are willing to invest in themselves for personal growth, expansion, and transformation. It’s also for those who are simply seeking support. Every session includes energy work to clear any blockages and expand your energy. During sessions, I often pose questions to you as well as the guides for both clarity and reflection.
